Ways to Support NEC

Northeast Canine believes two is always better than one. We are focused on helping those that have helped so many! Our dogs partner with veterans and first responders to overcome mobility restrictions and help them lead the more robust life that they deserve. The pairing brings back a sense of autonomy, mastery and purpose in a way no machine ever could.

Why Do We Use Danes?

We are very specific on the size and shape of the Danes we breed, raise and train for our program . By being so specific with breeding we are able to provide veterans with a well built dog that is sturdy and ready for the job. Our dogs get matched by height and weight with our applicants so it makes them great for mobility by providing a handle at the perfect height for someone who is losing their balance .
